Byrrh is an old 19th century recipe that combines jeropiga (unfermented grape juice), wine, South American Quinquina bark, and other exotic spices and plants that are aged in oak barrels.
The flavor is of ripe fruit and strawberry jam, balanced by bitter quinine and exotic spices. Delicious alone, or in large numbers of classic Byrrh cocktails.
