Respectful of the terroir and its treasures, the Vermouth Rouge Joseph Cartron is made from Pinot Noir from Burgundy.
The natural recipe brings together 21 ingredients including the traditional infusions of Noir de Bourgogne blackcurrant and black cherry for a complex sequence of rich, subtle and fruity flavours.
THE TASTING ACCORDING TO JOSEPH CARTRON
The ruby color is intense and beautifully shiny.
The nose present a rich aromatic complexity. Notes of vanilla, Sichuan pepper and orange zest follow the top notes of red fruits.
The entry on the palate is dense. The fruitiness is of great purity. Subtlety and harmony complete a good length in the mouth.
