Respectful of the terroir and its treasures, the Vermouth Blanc Joseph Cartron is made from Chardonnay from Burgundy.
The natural recipe brings together 19 ingredients, including Burgundy's traditional infusions of apricot, sloe and peach for a complex sequence of spicy, fresh and floral flavours.
THE TASTING ACCORDING TO JOSEPH CARTRON
The lemon yellow color is wonderfully bright.
The nose is open and flowery. Spicy notes of cloves and nutmeg are expressive.
In the mouth the attack is broad and generous. The palate is well balanced between spicy, fruity and floral notes.
The finish is fresh and very persistent.
