Directly from the French Alps, the only vermouth with a controlled designation of origin, from the last independent producer in France.
The color is bright, amber, with copper reflections. The nose is very sweet, with aromas of fruit compote, plums and nuts with a small herbaceous note and spiced by the spicy aromas of cinnamon, vanilla and Szechwan pepper. The palate is more complex, with aromas of almond and stone, citrus, pear and cinnamon, with hints of ginger and tobacco, then violet, oregano and hyssop. The bouquet, very rich, is supported by a subtle base of bitterness.
