Clay, slightly calcareous. Altitude: 300 meters.
PRODUCTION TECHNIQUES
Produced exclusively with selected Montepulciano grapes and hand-picked in mid-October. The separation and crushing of the grapes and the traditional fermentation of 10 days in steel vats with controlled temperature. The wine then matures in French barrels of 34 hectoliters for 6 months. Then it ages in bottle for 2 months.
TASTING CHARACTERISTICS
Bright ruby red color with violet tones. On the nose, intense and persistent notes of fresh cherries, plums and raspberry. Rich red fruit flavor. It offers a good structure.
