Complex aroma, with a beautiful aromatic presence, lots of spices and wild berries, black fruit.
Good structure in the mouth, very silky, with a fresh and appealing finish.
VITICULTURE
Touriga Nacional, full and voluminous with sweet and structured Tinta Roriz and Jaen with complex aromas, grows on slopes located between 350 and 400 meters in altitude.
The vineyard is managed within an integrated protection program, with the application of herbicides being prohibited.
Weed control is carried out using soil mobilization. The harvest is manual, grape variety by variety, when they reach the optimum point of maturation, between the 2nd fortnight of September and the 1st of October.
Harvesting takes place in small 10 kg boxes.
VINIFICATION
These wines are obtained after fermentation at a controlled temperature in order to preserve all the aromatic elegance, in wooden vats and stainless steel vats for 20 days.
The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels and subsequently ages for 18 months in order to enhance its structure and complexity.
