VITICULTURE
Touriga Nacional is a native Portuguese grape variety from the Dão region.
This variety with high oenological potential and a resounding size is managed within an integrated protection program, and the application of herbicides is prohibited.
Harvesting is done manually, when they reach the optimum point of ripeness, which is in the first half of September.
VINIFICATION
This wine is obtained after direct pressing of Touriga Nacional red grapes.
All alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at 13°C.
Then it is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, 20% of which is new.
