Directly from the French Alps, the only vermouth with a controlled designation of origin, from the last independent producer in France.
Its very pale crystalline color is slightly tinged with gold.
Its broad and intense nose evokes citrus peels supported by the freshness of menthol and balsamic notes, and the aromas of alpine plants are long at the end.
Velvety on the palate, almond and stone flavors dominate harmoniously.
The slightly bitter base of citrus brings balance to this fine and nervous set whose persistence is subtle.
