The essence of a vermouth, which mainly defines it, is the combination of aromas and flavors contributed by the botanists with which it was made.
Artemisia is the main herb with which vermouth has its historical origin.
But there is another plant, also very common in vermouth, gentian, which contains what is probably the most bitter substance in the world: amarogentin.
We wanted to try this herb to enjoy the pleasure of bitterness by creating a bold and seductive vermouth.

VINIFICATION

The base wine produced is a Macabeo with good structure, which allows for aging and which is also organoleptically very neutral, as we do not want to interfere with the action of the exceptionally bitter botanicals we have chosen.
