A very precise selection of the best grapes and a production of just 12,000 bottles make this wine a rare product and rewarded with 91 Points by the Peñin Guide and 93 Points by the Repsol Guide.
Production:
Grape selection, taking into account the age and soil type of the vineyard. Preferential maceration at cold temperatures (8ºC - 12ºC) for 4-8 hours, to obtain the most complete extraction of aromas. Fermentation at controlled temperature (16ºC) for 10-15 days. The wine is then mixed with its own lees to achieve the smoothness and persistence characteristic of this wine.
Color
Pale and bright yellow
Nose
Intense and elaborate aromas. Notes of hay, anise and fennel with aromas of tropical, sweet and ripe fruits, a consequence of the wine being mixed with its own lees.
Mouth
Powerful, round and well balanced, smooth and velvety. Very persistent and with perfect acidity
