Production : Traditional elaboration with 100% destemmed grapes, with alcoholic fermentation at moderate temperature (26ºC) with post-fermentation maceration depending on the anthocyanin / tannin ratio. 25% of the freshly finished wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels. It is aged for 14 months in new French oak (25%) and American oak (75%). The refinement in the bottle is at least 12 months.
Visual : Red with purple reflections.
Nose : Very intense with mineral and milky notes accompanied by wild black fruits (raspberry and blackberries) combined with elegant spicy notes of black pepper and cloves with light memories of roasted coffee and caramel sweets.
Mouth : It is balanced and round, powerful, but with a velvety and well-integrated passage that ends in volume and greasiness, spices and mineral aftertaste.
