Tasting Notes
Colour: High mid layer with cherry tone and grenat rim
Nose: Intense and complex. Very harmonious and attractive when stirred in the glass, with milky, black fruit and mineral notes that are common to the Alava terroir, as well as spicy and caramelized in the rear. Smoked finish that adds complexity and invites you to savor it
Palate
Sweet and ample in the mouth. Its course through the center of the mouth is well structured and elegant. The velvety and unctuous finish brings back the milky and mineral notes of its complex nose. Ends with a long and persistent finish
