Mouton Cadet blanc is the result of a rigorous selection of grapes produced with partner winemakers located in the best white grape terroirs in the Bordeaux region, in Entre-deux-mers.
The selected plots are monitored throughout their vegetative cycle by winemakers from Baron Philippe de Rothschild who advise producers on managing their vineyards in accordance with Mouton Cadet's quality requirements.
