Made up 100% by Marsanne, this white wine is classified in AOC Hermitage and comes from grapes from 3 different vineyards.
"Le Méal" consists of an ancient soil with many pebbles.
The "Murets" refers to the location of granitic arena soils and "Chante-Alouette" rests on a layer of clay and limestone.
After manual harvesting at maturity and pressing, 1/3 of the wine is vinified in a muid medium and the rest in vats.
To the eyes, its color is a beautiful, bright green gold.
Its complex and subtle nose gives off aromas of quince, nuts, honey, ginger, acacia and lime.
The palate is frank, elegant, with a finish of fresh almond flavours.
To taste with seafood or white meat fish.
