The second wine from CHASSE SPLEEN, located in the municipality of Moulis en Médoc, this wine has a deep red colour.
The nose reveals notes of fruit, more precisely of cassis and currant, pleasantly enhanced by notes of woods and slightly vanilla.
The attack is lively and fresh with great volume in tannins and crispy fruit in the mouth. A great harvest to keep.
The harvest is manual and the vinification is carried out in stainless steel and cement vats with temperature control.
