Very high color intensities, deep and sustained color.
On the nose it expresses maturity with notes of black fruits, spicy spices and its original terroir with floral notes (violet), slightly smoky (fireplace).
These are aromatic notes that can be found in the Côtes du Rhône Septentrionales soils, cradles of Syrah.
In the mouth, a flexible and powerful attack, the tannins are powerful and firm, the finish is fresh, without weight.

This wine, composed mainly of Syrah, but also of Grenache and Carignan, comes from parcels harvested by hand between September 15th and October 15th.
The altitude and the nature of the soils make it a late terroir.
Lesquerda is a vineyard made up of arenas, plateaus and granite slopes, located at an altitude of 350 m, which gives it a unique terroir.
For vinification, the grapes are destemmed, maceration lasts about 4 weeks. Extraction is carried out by reassembly and temperatures do not exceed 32 °C.
10% of the wine is aged in barrels and the rest in concrete vats.
