Dolin Génépy Le Chamois Liqueur is made up of a variety of Alpine herbs, the main one being the Artemisia Mutellina flower. It has a powerful flavor, at the same time fresh and slightly sweet.
Le Chamois is Dolin's oldest Génépy recipe, dating back to 1821, when Joseph Chavasse created what is today Maison Dolin.
Its soft sweetness and intense herbal character have pronounced notes of chamomile, sage and mint.
It's great at the end of a good meal, but it's also an essential ingredient, adding herbaceous notes that allow for memorable mixes with gin, soda and numerous cocktails, which makes it a unique product and much appreciated by bartenders all over the world.
It can also be served "on-the-rocks" or with tonic water and goes wonderfully with hot chocolate.
