Gibson Pickled Vermouth is fresh and fruity on the nose, with light notes of dill and bay leaf, then bursts on the palate with notes of coriander, absinthe, allspice, cubeb, sage and red thyme that give it a unique, full flavor. with a refreshing citrus finish, enriched with a lingering note of grapefruit.

5 cl London Dry Gin,
4cl Gibson Pickled Vermouth,
2 drops of Angostura Orange Bitters
2 drops of Angostura Aromatic Bitters.
Mix and strain into a Coupette glass.
Decorate with lemon zest.
