Alsace Riesling Bio Schieferkopf Lieu-dit Berg 2017
Located in the parish of Reichsfeld, on the only blue schist vein in Alsace, this plot stands out for its extraordinary subsoil, dating back to the Precambrian (more than 542 million years ago).
The soil, moderately deep and benefiting from a south-facing slope, contributes to Lugar-dito Berg producing a unique wine, characterized by its fruity side, its notable minerality and its freshness.
