With the Classico, Del Professore's goal was to recreate the Vermouth style popular in Italy in the late 18th century.

The cuvée, Muscat, is enriched with aromatic and medicinal herbs, harvested from the heights of the Alps near Turin, together with a large number of traditionally used exotic spices.

Del Professore vermouth aims to regain its traditional and legitimate role as a ready-to-drink aperitif.

Vermouth Del Professore Classico is a living and constantly evolving product, from the brew tank to the bottle. It has a beautiful amber color and a complex bouquet of flowers, ripe fruits and spices, such as vanilla, cloves and mace. The subtle mouthfeel is in perfect balance with the sweetness, refreshing notes of citrus and cinnamon and a delicate finish of cinchona and gentian.

5cl Del Professore Classico, fill with iced soda, lemon zest. Serve as is or with ice.
