This complex and balanced red wine from the Aconcagua Valley elegantly reveals fine tannins and a deep color. A rich, refreshing aromatic structure extends to a full, lingering finish.
Located in the Aconcagua Valley, north of Santiago, Chile, Seña is one of South America's iconic grands crus. This exceptional wine is the result of collaboration, since 1995, between Eduardo Chadwick, one of the most emblematic ambassadors of Chilean wines, and the American Robert Mondavi, recognized as one of the greatest pioneers of New World wines.
Now produced exclusively by the Chadwick family, Seña offers a refined, elegant and balanced expression of the best Chilean terroirs.
2020 is Seña's 26th harvest, a harvest in which warm weather conditions were contrasted by cold winds from the Pacific Ocean. These conditions favor a gradual and homogeneous growth of the vine, exhaling the fruity character of the grapes, as well as an opulent structure, while preserving a beautiful freshness.
Aged for 22 months (90% new French oak, 10% in barrels), Seña 2020 is composed of a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (53%), Malbec (25%), Carmenere (15%) and Petit Verdot ( 7%).
