A very fresh junmai ginjo with aromas of melon, white peach and muscat. All the know-how of the toji (saké master) is found in an elegant palate supported by an invigorating acidity that allows it to perfectly accompany the meal, as well as its beautiful long finish.

THE HOUSE OF SAKE FUJII SHUZO
Founded in 1863, Fujii Shuzo sake house is located in the city of Takehara (small Kyoto for its picturesque setting). Its saké, under the Ryusei brand, stood out in the first national saké competition organized in Japan in 1907, winning first place. Mr. FUJII, owner of this small family house, perpetuates the tradition with rigor, sincerity and excellence.
