Manual harvesting, grapes subjected to a careful selection, destemmed and crushed in a granite press where they are trodden on foot. Followed by 12 months in second and third use French oak barrels, with a capacity of 500 liters.
Tasting Notes: Deep violet red color. On the nose, very fresh and intense with notes of wild black fruits, well combined with light floral notes that give it elegance. The subtle notes of wood, tune and add complexity to its aroma. Wine well structured in the mouth, with firm tannins, well involved by the fruit, and smooth texture. Persistent and elegant finish.
Food Pairing: It preferably accompanies intensely flavored dishes such as red meats, game, roasts in a wood-fired oven and cheeses.
Serve at 17-18ºC
Store the bottles in a cool place (12ºC to 14ºC) and without light.
