JÁ TE DISSE is a wine of limited production and superior quality, with a lot of manual intervention in the vineyard and little correction in the cellar.
In the manual harvest carried out in the early hours of September 9, 2021, Joachim Roque selected the best bunches of grapes to produce Já Te Disse Petit Verdot, the family's first Grande Reserva.
After 24 months of aging in French oak barrels and subsequent aging for 12 months in bottles, 877 numbered bottles of this unique and unrepeatable edition were produced.
Já Te Disse Petit Verdot Grande Reserva 2021 has an intense ruby color, with aromas of black fruits, notes of black pepper and licorice.
In the mouth it is voluminous, full-bodied with vigorous tannins complemented by good acidity, which leads to a long and fresh finish.
It should be served at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC
