The Chairman's Reserve 1931 Rum – 2nd Edition utilizes casks housed in 2004, 2005, and 2006. These casks include barrels containing 100% Coffey Still distillates, aged in a combination of American oak casks and Port wine casks.
Additionally, we selected barrels with 100% Pot Still distillates, as well as 50/50 blends of Pot/Coffey Still, also aged in American oak. The blend was crafted and then re-casked in American oak for a final three-month marriage before being bottled.
Each bottle is individually numbered, making it a collectible item for rum connoisseurs and a reference for rums from the Caribbean and around the world. This is perhaps the hardest to find from the original series (Editions 1 - 6), released between 2011 and 2016.
