Respect 400 years of Gin tradition and at the same time be open to the aromas and seductions of the New World.
Not only is the first Gin created in an exclusively dedicated distillery in Brazil, but this land welcomes five ingredients never before explored as the main botanicals in a Gin: juniper, of course, and also bay leaf, lemon, coriander, tangerine, mastic and the unprecedented gifts from the heart of the Amazon rainforest such as cocoa, Brazil nut, gherkin and clove vine.
The ingredients are macerated in grain alcohol and their infusions are poured in proportions calibrated by the wise recipe of Capitán Tato, in the large copper still, the first designed and cast in Brazil, the beating and proud heart of Distillery Amázzoni.
