Description
This commune is the most mythical of Burgundy including several famous appellations such as Richebourg, Romanée-Saint-Vivant, Echézeaux, Grand Echézeaux, etc.
With only 4,500 bottles a year, Aegerter Vosne Romanée is an investment wine but also a perfect wine to drink from 2022.
TASTING NOTES:
Very supported by tannins, this wine has a long aging potential.
The wine is fleshy, with great aromatic persistence.
From an olfactory point of view, the aromas are of red fruits that evolve with the vegetation of forests.
RECOMMENDED DISHES:
The Vosne-Romanée goes very well with a mushroom fricassee, eggs in the meurette, a wild boar with black sauce.
