LESS IS MORE HOPPY DRY GIN
The idea? Limit the number of components as much as possible to allow the few selected ingredients to shine in all their complexity. Here, only juniper berries and Amarillo hops are featured.
Left to steep separately for seven days, they are then separately distilled, mixed and left to stand to allow time for the spell to work.
Aromatic of exotic fruits, licorice notes ranging from wild mint to cardamom, ending with notes of elderflower.
