Tequila Olmeca Reposado is not for slow dancing.
Aged in ex bourbon barrels for at least 5 months, this Olmeca Reposado Tequila brings energy every night that dares to claim to be golden.
Its unique manufacturing process combines manual selection of Agave plants, cooking in masonry ovens, fermentation with cultivated yeast and their respective distillation in small traditional copper stills.
All of Olmeca's tequilas contain liquid Tahona, produced using a more than 500-year-old artisanal method based on pressing cooked pineapple with a volcanic grinding stone weighing more than two tons. In this way, the Tahona method generates a pulp of agave juices and macerated fibers, which undergo fermentation and distillation processes.
Aged for 6 months in white oak barrels previously used to age Bourbon.
