Rebanho is a wine produced by Herdade do Carvalhal, located in Alto Alentejo in the demarcated region of Portalegre.
From the climatic and orographic point of view, this region is very different from the other wine regions of the Alentejo;
the Serra de São Mamede, associated with the agroforestry cover, gives it a specific microclimate that is very favorable to the cultivation of vines.
