Mumm Demi-Sec is the gourmet champagne of the house: a base wine that perpetuates the tradition of dessert champagnes.
Predominantly made from Pinot Meunier grapes (60%).
Finished with a subtle blend of Pinot Noir grapes (30%) and Chardonnay grapes (10%). 15 months aging in the cellar
A high dosage of 40 grams per litre.
