A port wine that results from small batches of tawny wines aged for an average of 8 years in oak barrels in the Baixo Corgo sub-region.
It presents a dark amber color, toasted aromas of nuts and dried fruits, showing great complexity.
The finish is full-bodied and persistent.
Served slightly chilled, it is perfect on its own, and can also accompany the famous portugueses Pasteis de Natatarts, tarts or creamy desserts.
