The wine from Château Paradis Casseuil is characterized by its freshness, intense fruitiness and slightly woody aromas. It can be consumed from 2 to 3 years after harvest.
The average production of Château Paradis Casseuil is 8,000 cases per year. The choice of a limited yield aims to guarantee high quality wines, respecting the DBR (Lafite) style.
The 2017 harvest was marred by late frosts on 27 and 28 April, which caused significant damage to Bordeaux vineyards, as well as other regions of France and Europe. Harvest volumes have been historically low, the lowest since 1991.
The properties have therefore experienced great heterogeneity in terms of quality.
Paradis Casseuil is one of the fortunate properties, untouched by frost and for which quality was present.
